These photographers are graciously donating their time, effort and talent to offer their images to you. Each has agreed to share a portion of their proceeds with Spina Bifida Resource.
Spina Bifida is the number one crippler of newborns.
It affects the brain, spine and nerves, hips, legs, feet, kidneys, bladder, and growth. While early surgery is needed to save these babies’ lives, the majority will always need braces, crutches and, ultimately, a wheelchair. With many more surgeries and ongoing treatments and therapies, many of these young people will be able to achieve independence and become contributing members of society.
